Heating is an important sector of Palaplast s.a. production. The last years the company has entered dynamically in this field with evolved products.

   Palaplast s.a. is specialised in the production of PE-x, PE-RT and PP-R pipes. More specifically :

• Palatherm PE-Xb (cross-link) : Cross-linked polyethylene pipes with degree of cross-linking up to 85%. Used for the transportation of cold and hot water. Palather PE-x pipes are produced and tested according to International Standards EN ISO 15875 and DIN 16892-93. They present most excellent thermic properties, chemical resistance, low friction coefficient and minimum pressure losses. Also they are non toxic and noiseless.
• Palatherm 3L-PEx : Cross-linked polyethylene pipes with oxygen barrier. They present most excellent thermic properties, chemical resistance, low friction coefficient and minimum pressure losses. Also they are non toxic and noiseless. Used for the transportation of cold and hot water. in central heating (radiators) and air-conditioning systems. Also can be used in industrial applications (conveyance of gases, liquids and air under pressure).
• Palatherm PE-X/FLEX  : Coated cross-linked polyethylene pipes achiving : good behavior in thermic constriction/dilation, protection from exterior blows and easy replacement in case of damafe. Mostly used in domestic networks for conveyance cold and hot water, in central heating (radiators) and air-conditioning systems. Also can be used in conveyance of industrial gases, liquids and air under pressure as well as for snow melting.
• Palatherm PE-RT (resistant in temperature) : Pipes produced from special polyethylene providing high resistance in temperatures comparing to other polyethelenes. Produced and tested according to Indernational Standard ISO/DIS 22391. Used for the conveyance of cold and hot water and present excellent thermic properties, resistance to erosion and chemical substances. They are non toxic, noiseless and have low friction coefficient and low pressure losses. Used in water supply networks, central heating (radiators), underfloor heating, industrial applications (conveyance of liquids and air under pressure).
•  Thermopal : Pipes from popypropylele random (PP-R). Produced and tested according to International Standard DIN 8077-78 and EN ISO 15874. Suitable for the conveyance of cold and hot water. The present excellent thermic properties, resistance to erosion and chemical substances, low friction coefficiency and low pressure losses, they are non toxic and noiseless. Used in water supply networks, central heating (radiators), underfloor heating, in industrial applications and in underground sewage networks.

     The total output of Palaplast s.a. concerning both pipes and fittings for heating applications include :  

  -Pipes : PE-x, 3L-PERT, PEx-FLEX, FLEX (spiral), PE-RT, PP-R.
